We confirm goals, audience, content and scope. You approve the plan and design direction.

Design
Screens, characters and the look of the app. You review and approve each one.

We build the app, the 3D scenes and every feature. You see working versions along the way.

Test and launch
Testing on real devices, fixes and polish, then launch on your domain.
Key terms
What to know before you choose a package.
Platform
A web app that runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. Publishing to the App Store or Google Play is not in the price and is quoted separately.
Payment
30% at the start, 40% when you approve the working version in month 3, and 30% at launch and acceptance.
Revisions and support
Each design milestone includes 2 rounds of revisions. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch.
Running costs
Not in the price: domain, hosting, video storage and streaming, and payment gateway fees. You pay these to the providers at cost.
Ownership
After final payment you own your brand, your content, any custom-made assets and the app's source code. Third-party assets stay under their own licences.
Quote validity
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent. One custom 3D asset is one character, one building or one prop.

How long does each package take?
Every package is finished in 6 months from the start of the project.
Can I try a working example first?
Yes. Every package links to live demos of products we have already built. Open them on your phone or computer.
Will the app use my own brand, characters and content?
Yes. Each app is built from your logo, brand style, characters and content, so it looks and feels like yours.
What do I need to prepare?
Your logo and brand style, plus your content, such as videos, lessons or characters. We go through everything with you in month 1.
Is AI-generated video included?
No. AI-generated video is not included in any package. It is an add-on at $1,000 for every 20 minutes of finished video.
Are 3D assets included in the price?
The price uses free commercial-use 3D assets, or 3D assets you have already bought and give us. If you want assets made just for your brand, such as characters, it is $3 per asset.
Which package should I choose?
